Linköping, Sweden, May 14, 2025 – Agama, a specialist in video observability & analytics for service quality and customer experience, today announced that Polish video service provider TOYA has deployed its Headend and Network Observability solution to ensure the quality of experience for its TOYA GO and Android TV OTT services, now available on main screens.
Agama’s Headend and Network Observability solution allows TOYA to gain deep real-time insights into its GO video service performance by deploying Analyzer nodes across the OTT delivery network. These insights enable TOYA to track the quality of its ABR streams, identify and address issues quickly, enhance operational efficiency, and make data-driven decisions to optimize its services and improve QoE. With Agama’s easy deployment and flexible solutions, TOYA can ensure top quality of experiences for subscribers and seamlessly scale as its OTT service and subscriber base grow.
“Agama proved to be a solid partner, providing solutions that were perfectly tailored to TOYA’s needs, which significantly contributed to our development”, said Michał Domański, Head of R&D Department at TOYA. “Thanks to them, we were able to improve the quality of television services delivered to our customers. We are very pleased with this cooperation and look forward to further joint projects”, he added.
The Agama End-to-End Video Observability and Analytics platform provides data-driven insights and automation – empowering video service providers and their Operational, Product, Marketing and Management teams. The solution for head-end and network observability creates transparency and visibility for each step of the video delivery chain, enabling data-driven decision-making, shorter time-to-fix and ensuring service performance. It is flexible and can be implemented in any type of head-end technology.
“We are proud to be selected as partner by TOYA and to support such an innovative company to ensure future-proof and excellent services through video observability” said Mikael Dahlgren, CEO at Agama. “For a customer-centric company like TOYA, Agama’s video observability and analytics portfolio fits very well with the scenarios where ABR reaches main screens. We look forward to the collaboration and to contributing to TOYA’s ongoing success”, he added.
