We are currently looking for an administrative assistant for a period of twelve months starting March 15th, 2023. Our current assistant will go on maternity leave in April, and we now need someone to temporarily replace her. The employment will be 60-75% of a full-time employment. The percentage depends on your skills and, hence, what tasks you will perform.

Main responsibilities

As the administrative assistant you are working directly under the CFO. Among a lot of other things, you will be handling bookkeeping, bank transactions, order confirmations and invoicing. You will also be responsible for/monitor our delivery process.  Further, you will be the one purchasing everything needed at the office, including travel tickets and hotel reservations for employees going on business trips. On top of this, you will arrange and coordinate kick-offs and other events for the staff, and also keep order in “public” areas at the office. This role is hybrid, meaning that you need to be working from our office in Linköping, Sweden for a set amount of hours per week.

Your profile and skills

As described above, this role is very diversified, and it assists everyone from top to bottom of the company. To succeed in this role, personal characteristics are very important. You like to provide service to people and are an analytical person with a high degree of integrity. We assume you know the basics of bookkeeping and Excel, and you have worked at least a couple of years in similar employments. Since the staff consists of ten different nationalities, you have no problem communicating in English. In addition, since this role will require communication with various Swedish companies, you are also fluent in Swedish.
