The Enterprise Server EX is the high-availability edition of the Agama solution's central hub, ideally suited for operators where quality assurance and analytics play an integral and mission-critical role throughout the whole organization. It provides remote management functionality, reporting and analytics, top-level quality overviews, sophisticated alarms, integration interfaces and much more. The EX edition is the management solution of choice for quality-aware operators where more parts of the organization rely on information about the video service quality, where monitoring plays a mission critical role in OSS and BSS integrations, and where the collected monitoring information is used strategically.
The Enterprise Server EX collects and presents quality assurance information from connected Analyzers or an Embedded Monitoring Solution. Combining the use of Analyzers in the head-end and network with embedded probes in each and every customer location enables true end-to-end quality assurance with centrally correlated overviews. Through pre-processed SNMP alarms with root-cause analysis, powerful APIs and extensive data exporting functionality, the Enterprise Server is the single point of integration towards Operations Support Systems and Business Support Systems. The EX edition features integrated failover functionality and highly configurable multi-user, multi-role interfaces with support for RADIUS authentication servers. Separation of user rights ensures that users in the operator organization see only the information that they need for their specific roles.
