The Agama Enterprise Server offers an overall view of the DTV service quality, all the way from head-end to the customer set-top box, using the deployed Agama Analyzer and Agama Embedded Monitoring probes. By correlating QoE data aggregated from the probes the Enterprise Server shows the extent of any problem and where in the distribution chain the errors occur. The quality of a DTV channel can be compared in all locations to help pinpoint where problems are occurring.
By providing advanced correlation and presentation possibilities, the Enterprise Server makes it possible to arrange and aggregate the monitoring information from all Agama probes into the same view, which gives an unprecedented instantaneous end-to-end overview of the delivered DTV service quality.
Besides correlation and presentation of monitoring data, the Enterprise Server is the top-level system responsible for external OSS/NMS integration, alarm management, quality reporting, data mining, Agama probe management and supervision. The role based user interface provides views of information for different categories of users within the operator organization, including network operations (NOC), customer support and upper management, thereby supporting the entire enterprise. |
