We are looking for a person who wants to work at an international, technologically-intensive company, selling advanced software.
You will work with long-term customers from various organizations and geographical locations, developing accounts over time. The sales work itself is complex, and involves working closely with different departments at Agama, such as product management, technical sales support, marketing and customer support. You will also need to develop strong customer relationships to understand their future needs and to help us to adjust our business strategies accordingly.
There are two main components to our sales work. Firstly, you will independently run some business accounts from prospecting and first contact, all the way through to the order and continue to build long-term relationships with the customer. Secondly, you will be part of our internal customer teams that have been formed to succeed with the largest international operators.
Your profile and skill set
We are looking for a person who loves working in sales, and has an explicit goal-oriented focus. Your previous sales experience should help you to quickly become productive in a new environment. You should have a relevant educational background and several years of experience within similar sales work.
We are looking for an open minded and easy-going person who is a true team player and will enjoy working with the rest of us at Agama. With your business sense and strong focus on customer value, you will inspire confidence and quickly create great relationships, both internally and externally. You will have excellent English and Swedish communication skills, both verbal and written. It would also be an asset if you spoke other languages.
